Kia ora! Register here for the South West Super Summer Spectacular, happening Waitangi Weekend 2027, Saturday 6 February 10.30am – Monday 8 February 1pm. We’d love you all to be there – invite friends and neighbours too. You can even start early and come from Friday for a relaxed start to camp, there is also a Dawn Waitangi Day Service (Saturday), at the beach planned and you're invited! Relax after that before we start Camp officially with our gathering at 10.30am Saturday.
Our activities will be based at Hibburt Park, and camping is across the road at Spencer Park. The standard registration costs cover activities based at Hibburt Park and camping in a non-powered site at Spencer Park for 2 nights. A powered site is an extra fee per family/camping group. Cabins can also be an option at either Hibbert or Spencer and will be allocated and charged for later - let us know on the registration form.
If you want to camp for longer, awesome! Please note you will need to book the extra nights directly with the team at Spencer Park. Let them know you are part of the SWBC Summer Spectacular so they can book you into the correct spot
You are welcome to come out for the day over the weekend. There is a fee for day visitors on Saturday or Monday to help cover our costs. Sunday’s service is free to attend but if you’re staying later, we would appreciate a donation towards costs.

If you want to come for either Saturday or Sunday Afternoon or Monday Morning, this is the option for you (to help us cover costs). If you're staying at home and coming out each day, then the 'No Accommodation' option is the one for you.

SWBC Connections
Help us with allocating a space for you by naming the groups/places you connect with around SWBC, e.g. your neighbourhood community, programme/ministry, life group, Sunday gatherings, or let us know if you are new.
Powered Sites and Cabins There are a limited number of cabins available. If you request space in a cabin, please leave a note below with your need, so we can do our best to prioritise what's available. We will get payment for these extras off you later, once we can confirm availability.
Notes Is there anything else we need to know? For example: access needed for a wheelchair, reasons for requesting a cabin.

Cancellation I understand that this payment includes a non-refundable fee of $10 in case of cancellation of the Spectacular.
Photographs and videos I am aware that photographs and videos will be taken and may be used during or after camp by South West Baptist Church. I will let the organiser know if I am not willing to have my photo published.
Risks
We will not be held responsible for injury to people, accidents causing injury or death, or damage, loss or theft of any personal goods brought to camp. While South West Baptist will do its best to give us all a safe and happy camp, there are natural hazards around and on the site so you are responsible for your own safety and those in your care.
